Mory started in the Executive Search business in 1995 when he left Goldman Sachs, having been co-head of the Financial Institutions Services Group since 1991 and Head of Yen Bond Department & Head of Fixed Income Futures from 1987 through 1991.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, he had been Managing Director of County Natwest Investment Management Company in Tokyo and Global Head of the FX Sales and Services for Security Pacific Bank in Los Angeles.
A Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at the University of California at Berkeley, he was previously Professor of Economics at San Jose State University and Assistant Professor of Economics at Brigham Young University.
ゴールドマン・サックス証券にて債券部長を経て投資銀行部・金融法人部長を勤め、1995年より人材コンサルティング業に従事し、主にトップ・マネージメントのコンサルティングに特化している。
ゴールドマン・サックス以前は、カウンティー・ナットウェスト投資顧問代表取締役、セキュリティー・パシフィック銀行ロサンジェルス支店にて資金為替部長などに就任。
カリフォルニア大学バークレー校での経済学博士号候補を経て、ブリガム・ヤング大学で経済学の助教授、サンノゼ州立大学で経済学教授の経歴をもつ。 |

Simon joined A-TEN in 1998 after two years in the retained search business. Covering searches across the financial services spectrum, he has a special focus on Legal, Finance/Accounting, Real Estate and Securitization.
Simon originally came to Tokyo as an interbank derivatives broker in 1988, after 4 years in financial services accounting and auditing with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in his native New Zealand and Prudential-Bache and Gartmore in London.
Simon holds an MBA and reads and speaks Japanese.

Nick began his career in 1991 as a commercial lines insurance underwriter for St. Paul Insurance Company in New York City and later joined Marsh & McLennan Insurance Brokerage as a commercial lines broker.
Nick began his career in Executive Search in 2001, successfully building an insurance practice in the Tokyo market. He then moved on to broadening his insurance and financial services practice, executing Asia Pacific Retained searches out of Hong Kong until most recently joining A-Ten Associates in 2004.
Nick has a strong command of Japanese and continues to be a market leader in Insurance Retained searches covering non-life insurance, life insurance, actuarial consultancy, and related annuity and pension business.

Previously with a U.S. based real estate development firm focusing on the Japanese retail market, he currently specializes in Executive Search in the Real Estate Finance and Investment Sector. He has successfully completed searches for domestic and international financial institutions, covering areas including; origination, middle office and back office.
Tetsuya has lived in both in Japan and Texas and is fully bilingual and has experience in working for a Japanese company in both the U.S. and Japan.
米系商業不動産デベロッパーでの経験を経て、現在は不動産金融関連分野（オリジネーション、ミドルオフィス、バックオフィス）のサーチに特化し、3年間の投資銀行・投資ファンドのエグゼクティブ・リクルート経歴をもつ。
